The Apprenticeship in Customer Service is designed for young people who wish to pursue a career in a Customer Care setting and become skilled across a broad range of Customer Service procedures. An apprenticeship usually takes one year to complete, depending on the needs of the employer and apprentice, and is a mixture of day-release and in-company training.
Entry Requirements
To gain employment as an Apprentice (Level 2), you should have achieved GCSE English Language at Grade D or above.
To gain employment as an Advanced Apprentice (Level 3), you should have achieved GCSE English and Mathematics at Grade C or above.

Employment
Most apprentices are employed. However, it is possible to enrol on a vocational course at College during which the College will assist you to find suitable employment as an apprentice.
Employers offering apprenticeships with their company usually contact us to arrange to select and interview young people who are looking to work as an apprentice in Customer Care.
