An Access course is a popular option for anyone aged over nineteen who is returning to education without a formal qualification. Access enables students to gain a broad base of knowledge in a number of areas such as nursing, midwifery, science, physiotherapy, information technology, law, criminology, psychology, sociology and education, which may enable students to specialise in an area of study at university or pursue a particular type of career.
Many of our past students have gone on to study higher education courses with us or have gone off to university. Access courses enable students to get back into education, learn study techniques and build confidence as well as choosing the subject they are interested in pursuing.
