Our Accommodation Welfare Officer will help you find somewhere to live while you are in Coventry and will be ready with advice and guidance if you have any accommodation problems.
As City College Coventry does not have a hall of residence for students, we make arrangements on request for students to stay with host families.
Information you give on the application form about your accommodation requirements is matched with hosts who are registered with us. Students placed with a host family have their own house key, a furnished bedroom (including bedding) and a study area. Other facilities such as bathroom and dining area are shared with the host family.
Self-catering students will have use of the kitchen and equipment to prepare and cook their own meals, as well as cupboard and fridge space.
In order to ensure that quality and satisfaction is maintained the college checks host families and the accommodation they provide regularly.
Please note that, occasionally, it may not be possible to meet your accommodation needs exactly. If this happens, you will be given the opportunity to consider alternative arrangements.

about the wellbeing of the student.
